Every Sunday starting on September 24th and ending on December 3rd.
Shoots begin at 9am until about noon or when demand subsides for the day.

Turkey – $2 per shot
Beef – $5 per shot
Trap – $3 for 5 shots using our ammo
$3 for 10 shots using your ammo.
New club facilities location
The Wethersfield Game Club will again run Turkey shoots this fall. Come down and take a shot at winning a turkey, ham or beef which are awarded after each shoot. We purchase our turkeys, hams and beef from locally owned and operated suppliers.
How a shoot works; each person purchases a ticket to shoot for a turkey, ham or beef. That ticket corresponds with a group and target number. When your group is called to the line, you will proceed to the firing area where you take your shot at the paper target matching the number on your ticket. After all shooters have shot at their targets, you can proceed to the judging station. At that time our judges will see who had a pellet closest to the Cross on the target. If your pellet is closest you win.
Our turkey shoots are open to the public so bring your friends, neighbors and co-workers down for a fun fall activity. This is a great way to introduce non-shooting friends to shooting. No experience is necessary. All ages welcome. Bring your favorite shotgun. Club guns are available if needed with proper identification. We provide safety glasses and hearing protection.
While you’re there visit our snack bar. We serve up burgers, dogs, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, chili and other foods. Have a cup of coffee, hot chocolate or a soda. No alcohol allowed on the premises.

Our facilities are handicap accessible. We have gun racks, picnic tables, an outdoor fireplace and portable toilets. There is plenty of free parking.
We are proud supporters of our Military and First responders. We sponsor a yearly shoot for our local Boy Scout and Cub Scout troops.
